Billing screen options
Choose what the cashier sees while finishing a bill.
Removes the “All” category from the Billing screen and opens the first real category automatically. “All Items” remains available in the POS/QR menu manager.
Save bar buttons
Choose which buttons show at the bottom of the billing screen. Hidden ones are removed and the rest resize to fill the row.

Choose which payment buttons show on the billing screen. Hidden ones are removed and the rest resize to fill the row.
Which payment button is pre-selected for a new bill. Falls back to Cash if the mode isn't enabled above.
Order type options
Quick item buttons
Optional small toggle buttons on each order item. Use 1–2 characters (e.g. P = Packed, J = Jain).
When enabled, automatically switches to the selected category and order type after each bill is saved.
Payments
Let Standing/Walk-in customers pay online when they order via QR — money goes straight into your own Razorpay account, never through VyapariHub. Table orders always stay pay-at-counter. This is set per shop, since different outlets often settle into different bank accounts.
Starts with rzp_test_ for test mode or rzp_live_ once you're ready to accept real payments.
Kitchen Display System
Turn KDS off if this shop doesn't run a kitchen screen — the Ready-for-pickup shortcut disappears from Billing.
If an item is hidden from KDS but attached to another item using the three-dot link, show it as an indented child on the kitchen ticket.
Turn this off to hide the summary column and use the full KDS width for order tickets.
Play a chime and announce new or updated orders. Safari may require one tap on “Enable sound” after a fresh login.
Turns the TV/tablet order-status screen off — customers will see a "currently unavailable" message on the display link.
Kitchen Stations
Stations appear as filter tabs on the KDS screen. Each menu item can be assigned a station.
Controls the order in which kitchen orders appear on the KDS screen.
QR Ordering
Let customers scan a QR code at their table to view the menu & place their own order.
Turn QR Ordering off if customers shouldn't be able to order from their table.

Shows as a live countdown on the customer's order-confirmation screen and switches to "Ready" automatically once you bump the order on KDS.
Outside these hours, customers who open the QR menu (table, pickup, or delivery) see "Currently closed" instead of the menu.
Customers who order via QR will see a "Rate us on Google" button after their order is placed. Find your link in your Google Business Profile under "Ask for reviews" (or search "get more reviews" while signed into your listing).

Table layout manager
Add or remove tables. Occupied tables cannot be removed.
Choose whether this store uses only direct billing or both direct billing and table-based billing.
Turn this off if the store wants a simpler text-first billing grid.
Promo offers
Create discount presets and campaigns that show up in the Promo picker on the billing screen. Only one promo applies to a bill at a time.
